Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
• Booking confirmation is provided via WhatsApp, SMS, or email
• Details shared at the time of booking must be accurate

Vehicle Usage

• Vehicles are provided strictly for the booked purpose and duration
• Overuse, illegal activity, or misuse of the vehicle is prohibited
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal substances are not allowed inside the vehicle

Driver & Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must carry valid ID proof during the journey
• Driver rest, safety, and legal driving hours must be respected
• Customer is responsible for any damage caused due to negligence

Pricing & Payments

• All fares are subject to distance, duration, and vehicle type
• Tolls, parking, state taxes, and permits are payable by the customer
• Extra hours or kilometers will be charged additionally

Delays & Cancellations

Aman Tour & Travel is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Liability

The company shall not be liable for loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Passengers are advised to take care of their valuables.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
